MASTER CLEANSE

About
Before you start the Master Cleanse, you should already be on a balanced diet, like the ones "From Flab to Fab" participants eat during their 12-week plan. In each phase of the Cleanse, there are certain food items that are eliminated. This Cleanse is modified to insure that enough nutrients are being provided to allow you to continue your daily activities (including your exercise regimen).

Ingredients

4 lemons
1 container cayenne pepper
1 small container molasses
single-serving size bottles of water

Preparation

NOTE: It is best to pre-make the mixture and refrigerate it for at least 3 days at a time
To each bottle of water add
1 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)
1 dash of cayenne pepper
Shake vigorously
Drink at least five bottles of the mixture each day

Day 1

Eat your regular meals
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 2

Eliminate all fats (such as salad dressing) from your diet
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 3

Eliminate fat and fruit from your diet
In protein shakes, add an extra scoop of protein powder
Replace fruit with brown rice and vegetable carbohydrates (potatoes, squase, beans, quinoa) or oatmeal.
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 4

Eliminate fat, fruit and refined carbohydrates (such as white flour and breads) from your diet.
Only eat vegetable carbohydrates and proteins
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 5

Eliminate fat, fruit, refined carbohydrates, dairy products, red meat and chicken from your diet. Eggs and fish are OK to eat.
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 6

Eliminate fat and all protein from your diet
Only eat favorable carbohydrates and fruit
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 7

Re-introduce fat, but only unsaturated fat, such as olives, avocado and peanut butter. Avoid hydrogenated or saturated fat.
Drink 5 bottles of the mixture throughout the day

Day 8

Return to your normal eating plan

LIVER FLUSH

Tip: The cleanses will be easier to do and more effective, if for three days prior, you drink at least three glasses per day of unfiltered apple juice with sediment. Eat lightly -- No heavy, cream sauces or fried foods. Soups, dry toast, fish and lots of fruits and vegetables are good. Drink plenty of water!

Ingredients

4 table spoons Epsom salts
3/4 cup Olive Oil (light olive oil is easier to get down; use only the best cold-pressed virgin oil)
1/4 cup lemon juice, squeezed from fresh lemon (do not use concentrate or store-bought juice - make your own!)
1/2 cup grapefruit juice, squeezed from fresh grapefruit
1/2 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder
Jar with a non-metallic lid

Preparation

Mix 4 heaping teaspoons of Epsom salts in 3 cups of water
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder
Divide the salt/water/Vitamin C mixture into 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.
Mix 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup squeezed grapefruit juice and 1/4 cup squeezed lemon juice in the jar. Shake briskly, until well mixed (almost watery - only freshly squeezed juice will do this).

Day 1

Take the first serving (1-of-4) of the saltwater mixture
2 hours later, drink the second serving (2-of-4) of the saltwater mixture
1 hour, 45 minutes later, drink the olive oil/juice mixture

Day 2

Wake up early, and upon wakening, take the third serving (3-of-4) of the saltwater mixture
2 hours later, take the fourth (4-of-4) serving of the saltwater mixture AND drink the second serving (2-of-2) of the olive oil/juice mixture.

NOTE: The liver flush will make you need to visit the bathroom frequently. You should lie down between bathroom visits!

COLON CLEANSE

About

This regime is followed for a period of three consecutive days
The only activities that should be done on these days are walking or yoga
Drink plenty of water on all three days (about 8oz every waking hour)

Breakfast

1 Large bowl of watermelon and/or strawberries
No defined amount - you can eat as much as you'd like, until you are full!

After Breakfast

3 Fiber capsules

Mid morning

1oz. wheatgrass juice

Lunch

"Free" vegetable salad + 1 unsaturated fat (for instance, 1/4 avocado)
"Free" means all the non-starch vegetables (which contain mostly water and fiber). Free vegetables include broccoli, spinach, jicama, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, peppers, hearts of palm, mushrooms, sprouts, cucumber and radishes.
No defined amount - you can eat as much as you'd like, until you are full!

After lunch

3 Fiber capsules

Mid afternoon

1oz. wheatgrass juice

Dinner

16 oz. Juice, made of equal parts beetroot, celery and carrot
Any ONE of those ingredients can be substituted fro cucumber or spinach, depending on your own personal preference.

After dinner

CASTOR OIL PACKS

About
Castor oil used to be used internally as a laxative to induce vomiting and diarrhea. It is now recognized as something that is better used externally, due to its potential toxicity.

The castor oil cleanse stimulates the liver, increases lymphatic circulation, improved digestion and promotes "elimination."

Ingredients

3 layers cotton flannel, size large. These are often sold at health food stores under the name "castor oil pack"
Castor oil
Plastic wrap
Hot water bottle
Old sheets (to lie down on)
Water
Baking Soda

Preparation

Soak flannel in castor oil so it absorbs enough oil, but is not so saturated that it is dripping. Allow any excess to drip off.
Place an old sheet on the floor
Lay down on the sheet and place the soaked flannel directly over the left side of your abdomen
Wrap the plastic wrap around your abdomen so it holds the castor oil pack tight to your skin (you might need to wrap it a few times).
While laying flat on your back. Place the hot water bottle on top of the plastic wrap
Allow to sit for 45 minutes
Remove the pack and cleanse the abdomen area with a dilute solution of water and baking soda
Repeat this procedure for three days
You can reuse the same castor oil sheet 25 to 30 times. Store the pack in a covered container in the refrigerator

Safety

Do not ingest castor oil. It can be toxic
Do not apply castor oil to broken skin
Do not do the castor oil pack if you are menstruating, pregnant or breast feeding

You should consult your own physician before trying any cleanse routine, or drastically altering your diet in any way.

Todays my birthday. I should celebrate by getting drunk and then drowning in a pool. If i go , It would have to be by drowning. Water shall take me!!! after i eat chocolate and have sex of course......I hate birthdays. It should be a  new begining for me. but instead i spent most of the night at Js,  instead of shopping like i wanted too. Then i got upset and angry and left. fucking aye....

My birthday is this Friday and my monthly visitor decided to show her ugly face. Always on my birthday. I have never had a pain free birthday..my cramp are horrible . Ii should probally go for a walk or something , to get my mond off the pain but its raining and its cold. anyways...I made a list of...
